As we walked out of the cafe, Mrs Judith walked towards us, I introduced her to my mother “ Mom, this is Mrs Judith who has been taking care of me since I got out of the orphanage.” Then I turned to Mrs Judith “This is my mother.” Is said in an awkward smile
My mother smiled at her “ Thank you so much for taking good care of my babygirl, mother supreme told me about you. I'll make sure to repay you.”
“You don't have to. Zara is a wonderful young girl with a lot of potential and determination, she owns all the credit for where she is today.” Mrs Judith replied.
My mother smiled and said, "Why don't we go see your new home. "Mrs. Judith, who had just heard of it, was so happy for me. She nodded and offered to drive us, " why don't we use my car, I'll drive you" she said.
My mother told her secretary who's the man that delivered the letter at the book launching to drive her car and follow us, then we got into the car, and Mrs. Judith drove us to the address my mother had given her. When we arrived, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was a beautiful, spacious bungalow with a lovely garden and a white picket fence.
"Wow," I said, my eyes wide with amazement. "This is beautiful."
My mother smiled and handed me the keys. "Welcome home, my dear," she said. "This is your place now. You can decorate it however you like and make it your own."
I took the keys and walked towards the house, feeling a sense of pride and ownership. Mrs. Judith and my mother followed me, and we walked through the empty rooms, imagining all the possibilities.
As we walked through the house, Mrs. Judith offered suggestions and ideas for decorating and organizing the space. My mother nodded along, smiling at me with pride.
I couldn't believe how lucky I was to have these two women in my life. They were both so supportive and loving, and I knew that I could always count on them.
As we finished touring the house, my mother hugged me tightly. "I'm so glad you're happy, my dear," she said.
I nodded,"Thank you, Mom," I said.
Mrs. Judith smiled and put her arm around me. "We're always here for you, sweetie," she said. "You're never alone."
As we left the house and headed back to Mrs. Judith's car, I felt a sense of peace and happiness wash over me. I knew that this was just the beginning of a new chapter in my life, and I was excited to see what the future held and to live my life with ease and joy.
