Chapter 5: Vivid Dreams

Later at noon, Naomi decided to take a nap as people only slept during the day. But the short nap was filled with vivid and disturbing dreams.In her dream, She was being chased by a dark figure, its presence looming over her like a specter. She ran through the streets of Nadibia, but no matter how fast she went, the figure was always one step behind.

The dreams were intense, and she woke up feeling shaken and disoriented.As she got out of bed, Emma noticed that her room was in disarray.Her clothes were scattered all over the floor, and the furniture was overturned. She had no memory of doing any of this, and a sense of unease crept over her. Something seemed to be watching her, the shadows cast by the furniture like grasping fingers.She tried to shake off the feeling, but as she looked around, she noticed that some of the furniture was damaged, as if someone had been smashing it with great force.
